Dr. Rogu received his medical degree from the University of Medicine at Bucharest Romania, and his Pediatric Post-graduate training from Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Rogu regularly sees patients in his adoption-friendly private practice, while also maintaining the Web site for AdoptionDoctors.com.
